So we’ve got ourselves set with equipment, got our software sorted and it’s game-day.
As with everything in British American Football, lots of chatting on facebook leads to sharing of ideas and good practice. So I’m going to talk about how we film our games and practices at Bournemouth University in a couple of posts.
I’m really getting into this series; firstly because it’s always good fun thinking about the X’s and O’s of football, but also because it reminds me of things that we do well, or things that we do instinctively that should be key in coaching players.
Following on from my previous article about what an offset offensive line is, I’m going to go into detail about how we defend against one, and why we do it.
